Registration

*The registration module is designed to be used by parents or legal guardian or players 18 years of age or older.

For the 2023-24 hockey season all registrations must be done using the Hockey Canada Registry, please follow the instructions below, including payment options.

Note that, for some divisions, registration may be processed on a first come-first serve basis.

AA / AAA Tryouts

Do not register with Westlake if you are attending the Warriors AAA and/or AA selection camps.

If you are released from the selection camp(s), you will then register with Westlake.

Payment

1. Online - e-transfer, make payment to westlake.payment@gmail.com and be sure to include the player’s name in the Memo field.
2. Cheque – Make cheque payable to Westlake Minor Hockey Association and write the player’s name on the front of the cheque, drop it at the office.

• Wednesday afternoon from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
• Thursday night 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Saturday morning from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Online Registration for All Members

Any person wishing to register with Westlake Hockey must first have a profile setup in the Hockey Canada Registry (HCR). For information or help, consult the Online guide for HCR.

If you have an existing profile in the HCR registry, please select the option below that applies to your situation.

IMPORTANT: a member is NOT considered registered until the full payment has been received.

OPTION 1 – Member was registered in previous season(s) with Westlake Hockey

OPTION 2 – Member never played hockey

OPTION 1 – Member was registered in previous season(s) with Westlake Hockey

1. Login into your HCR profile and make sure all members are linked to the master profile.
2. Select the “Register” under “My Organizations” in the main page “Dashboard”.
3. In the Westlake Hockey registration page select “View Online Stores” and then choose “Register Now” which will allow you to start the registration including payment. You can select the member to register using first and last name and date of birth or if you know the HCR ID of the member you can simply enter the ID.
4. PLEASE take the time to  update any contact info that needs updating (emails/phones, etc.)

OPTION 2 – Member never played hockey

1. Log into and/or create your HCR profile (parent) and create a profile for your daughter:
   • Upload proof of her age (birth certificate or RAMQ)
   • Uploade 2 proof of address (Quebec Government or Municipal official document (note: must be within the Westlake territory)

2. Once the new member is added you can proceed:

• Login into your HCR profile and make sure all members are linked to master profile.
• Select the “Register” under “My Organizations” in the main page “Dashboard”.
• In the Westlake Hockey registration page select “View Online Stores” and then choose “Register Now” which will allow you to start the registration including payment.
  • You can select the member to register using first and last name and date of birth or if you know the HCR ID of the member you can simply enter the ID
